\u8aa0\u646f\u9080\u8acb\u5b78\u8005\u3001\u5b78\u751f\u3001\u696d\u754c\u5c08\u5bb6\u3001\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u6d3b\u52d5\u611f\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u5927\u773e\u53c3\u8207\u9019\u5834\u53f0\u8377\u806f\u5408\u8b1b\u5ea7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u8b1b\u5ea7\u65e8\u5728\u63a2\u8a0e\u5730\u65b9\u793e\u7fa4\u5982\u4f55\u61c9\u5c0d\u3001\u9069\u61c9\u4e26\u6e1b\u7de9\u5168\u7403\u6c23\u5019\u5371\u6a5f\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u4e26\u7279\u5225\u91dd\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u8207\u8377\u862d\u9032\u884c\u6bd4\u8f03\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u53f0\u8377\u5169\u570b\u5747\u9762\u81e8\u56b4\u5cfb\u7684\u6c23\u5019\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u98b1\u98a8\u3001\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\u3001\u6d2a\u707d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u5929\u5019\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u5169\u570b\u540c\u6642\u5728\u6c34\u5229\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u793e\u5340\u81ea\u4e3b\u9069\u61c9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u7686\u64c1\u6709\u60a0\u4e45\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u6b32\u5f37\u8abf\u300c\u6c23\u5019\u6587\u5316\u300d\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u57ce\u5e02\u3001\u8fd1\u90ca\u53ca\u9109\u6751\u5730\u5340\u5982\u4f55\u63a1\u53d6\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u97cc\u6027\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u8de8\u4e16\u4ee3\u5be6\u8e10\u3001\u9077\u5f99\u8207\u5b9a\u5c45\u3001\u8fb2\u6751\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5730\u65b9\u8207\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u77e5\u8b58\u9ad4\u7cfb\u5728\u5f62\u5851\u8abf\u9069\u8def\u5f91\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f5c\u70ba\u300c\u8abf\u9069\u6587\u5316\u7db2\u7d61\u300d\uff08Cultures of Adaptation Network, CAN\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u74b0\uff0c\u672c\u8b1b\u5ea7\u5e0c\u5180\u5f37\u5316\u53f0\u7063\u8207\u8377\u862d\u5b78\u8853\u6a5f\u69cb\u5728\u5730\u7406\u5b78\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u53ca\u74b0\u5883\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6b21\u4e3b\u8b1b\u8005\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u91dd\u5c0d\u53f0\u8377\uff08\u542b\u8377\u5c6c\u52a0\u52d2\u6bd4\u6d77\u5730\u5340\uff09\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6559\u7814\u4eba\u54e1\u3001\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u53ca\u535a\u58eb\u5019\u9078\u4eba\uff1b\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ea6\u5305\u542b\u4f86\u81ea\u5b5f\u52a0\u62c9\u3001\u8d8a\u5357\u53ca\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8b1b\u5ea7\u8b70\u7a0b\uff08\u66ab\u5b9a\uff09<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\u670817\u65e5<strong>\uff0d<\/strong>\u6c23\u5019\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff1a\u6982\u5ff5\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5 participation provided<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IAMCER 2026 invites scholars, students, practitioners, policymakers, and interested members of the public to attend this joint Dutch\u2013Taiwanese seminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar examines how local communities cope with, adapt to, and mitigate the impacts of the global climate crisis, with a comparative focus on Taiwan and the Netherlands. Both countries face significant climate risks, including typhoons, sea-level rise, flooding, and increasingly unpredictable weather patterns. At the same time, both possess long-standing traditions of water management and community-based adaptation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme fosters exchange on \u201cclimate cultures\u201d and explores how urban, peri-urban, and rural areas adopt different resilience strategies. Particular attention is given to intergenerational practices, mobility and immobility, rural transformation, and the role of local and Indigenous knowledge systems in shaping adaptation pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Cultures of Adaptation Network (CAN), the seminar aims to strengthen scholarly collaboration between Taiwanese and Dutch institutions in geography, development studies, and environmental research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants include faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, and PhD candidates focusing on Taiwan and the Netherlands (including the Dutch
