Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In gratitude for the education and support received from her alma mater and department, Ms. Hsu Mei-Yun established this financial aid scholarship to assist students in the Department of Geography who come from financially disadvantaged families, enabling them to complete their studies and become productive members of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Number of Recipients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two undergraduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Award Amount<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each recipient will receive a scholarship of <strong>NT$10,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Eligibility Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must be currently enrolled students in the Department of Geography.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must come from a financially disadvantaged family and provide relevant supporting documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must have achieved an average academic score of <strong>70 or above (GPA 2.44 or above)<\/strong> in the previous semester and received a conduct grade of <strong>A or above<\/strong>. <strong>First-year students newly admitted in the current academic year are exempt from submitting academic performance records.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u3010Application Procedure\u3011<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please apply through the University\u2019s Scholarship Application System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Scholarship Application System, please select:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cDonor-Sponsored Scholarships (Scholarship Management Committee)\u201d \u2192 \u201cImmediate Disbursement (Department\/Graduate Institute Scholarships)\u201d \u2192 \u201cMs. Hsu Mei-Yun Financial Aid Scholarship.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u3010Application Deadline\u3011<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications are accepted <strong>from now until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)<\/strong>. Late applications will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u3010Required Documents\u3011<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Academic transcript for the previous semester<\/strong><br><em>(First-year students newly admitted in the current academic year are exempt from submitting academic performance records.
