To facilitate scheduling and document printing (such as posters), please strictly adhere to the following timeline:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Register Presentation Information [By October 20, 2026 (inclusive)]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register contact details, advisor, discussant\/reviewer, presentation order (1st\/2nd presentation), and thesis title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your thesis title changes after registration, please register again. The invited discussants should be scholars or experts from within or outside the university who hold a doctoral degree or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Assistant Professor or Assistant Research Fellow and above). Both the advisor and discussant(s) must attend the presentation in person; remote video presentations are not permitted unless prior justification is submitted to and approved by the department chair. The presentation is considered passed only upon the review and approval of both the advisor and discussant(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Virtual Presentation Requests:<\/strong> If virtual presentation is required due to special circumstances, email Assistant Tech Specialist Mei-Hsuan Li by <strong>October 20, 2026<\/strong> with reasons for committee review.
