{"id":33317,"date":"2026-09-23T12:59:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T04:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.geo.ntnu.edu.tw\/?p=33317"},"modified":"2026-09-29T13:01:41","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T05:01:41","slug":"1150923wish01e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.geo.ntnu.edu.tw\/index.php\/en\/2026\/09\/23\/1150923wish01e\/","title":{"rendered":"[Graduation Clearance] Graduation &amp; Clearance Procedures for Graduate Students in 115-1 Semester (Jan. 2027)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduate students planning to graduate or take their degree defense\/oral examination in this semester (115-1) must adhere to the following schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Application Deadline]<\/strong> November 25, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit application forms to Teaching Assistant Ms. Lee at the Department Office (students who have already completed their oral exam do not need to submit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete account registration for Turnitin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete registration in the Degree Examination Application System (students who have completed their oral exam please update your graduation year and month).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Turnitin Registration]<\/strong> Please register your information to set up an account for the Turnitin Originality Verification System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.geo.ntnu.edu.tw\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=33133&amp;action=edit\">Registration Link<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Degree Examination Application System]<\/strong> Starting from the 1st semester of the 111th academic year, degree examination applications for master&#8217;s and doctoral students are processed online. Please log in to the &#8220;iPortal (School Administration Portal)&#8221; \u2192 click &#8220;Academic Affairs&#8221; \u2192 select &#8220;Degree Examination Application System&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geo.ntnu.edu.tw\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=33133&amp;action=edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Degree Examination Application and Review System Manual for Master&#8217;s and Doctoral Students<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Document Submission]<\/strong> Department Website \/ Download Area \/ Master&#8217;s &amp; Ph.D. Program \/ Thesis Oral Exam (Please follow the recommendations in the &#8220;Suggested Procedure Chart for Thesis Oral Exam Application&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Examination Deadline]<\/strong> From now until January 31, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Graduation Clearance]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The 115-1 Graduate Service Information Portal and diploma collection will open starting from 9:00 AM, January 4, 2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The final deadline for submitting the final version of the thesis and completing graduation clearance for the 115-1 semester is 17:00, February 22, 2027 (Monday).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notes, procedures, time, and location for diploma collection and graduation clearance are announced on the Office of Academic Affairs website under the &#8220;Graduation&#8221; section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Note]<\/strong> For monthly graduation applications during the 115-1 semester (graduating between October and December 2026), please refer to the relevant announcements on the department website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[NOTICE] Please upload your 115-1 electronic thesis before the deadline.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2605 <em>Please note: Electronic thesis review will NOT be conducted during official university winter holidays and
