Credit transfer/exemption procedures handled in accordance with the university’s “Regulations Governing Credit Transfer and Exemption”:
- Credit transfer/exemption requests must be processed through online application followed by hard-copy document review.
- The following students are eligible to apply:
- Transfer students, re-enrolled students, or students re-applying for admission.
- Students who took master’s or doctoral level courses during their undergraduate or master’s studies, achieved a grade of B- (70% on the percentage scale) or above, provided the credits were not counted toward their graduation requirements (official proof required).
- Students who completed credits prior to admission in accordance with regulations, or those who meet the university’s regulations for exemption from basic undergraduate courses.
- Students enrolled in the Teacher Education Program (for credit transfer of professional education courses).
- The timeline for the online credit transfer application system for this semester is as follows:
- From August 24, 2026 (Mon) to September 11, 2026 (Fri)
- Please be sure to submit the application form to the Graduate Academic Affairs Section / Gongguan Academic Affairs Section before the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Students can check the review progress, print the review results, and download scanned files via: [Path] Academic Administration Portal / Academic Affairs Information System / Grade Related / Credit Transfer Application Record Query.
- If you wish to apply for credit transfer for courses offered by this department, the application form must be attached with the original transcript and course syllabus. Please obtain the signature/approval of the course instructor first, and then submit it to the department office for review.

- Undergraduate students in this department who wish to apply for credit transfer of courses taken across departments or universities to count toward department major credits should download the “The application form for admission elective credits” from the department website. Please attach the original transcript and course syllabus to the application form, obtain the signature/approval of the course instructor, and then submit it to the department office for review.
- Applications for this type of credit transfer can be submitted anytime during the semester.
【Master’s & Doctoral Programs】
- Graduate students (Master’s and Ph.D.) in this department who wish to apply to count elective courses taken across departments or universities toward their degree requirements should download the “The application form_for admission elective credits” from the department website. Please attach the original transcript and course syllabus, obtain the signature/approval of your thesis/dissertation advisor, and then submit it to the department office for review. (Note: The courses applied for should be related to the graduate student’s thesis/dissertation research topic and should not be offered by this department. It is recommended to consult with your advisor regarding course selection before registering for courses each semester.)
- Applications for this type of credit counting can be submitted anytime during the semester.
