Starting Monday, September 7, 2026 (115/09/07), new graduate students may collect their student ID cards at the Humanities Joint Office (Dorm 1, B1). (Overseas Chinese students, international students, and Mainland Chinese students admitted through the Office of International Affairs should collect their ID cards at the Graduate Academic Affairs Section.)
To collect your student ID card, you must present either a payment receipt for your health examination (LOHAS or Chi-Shin) or a proof of health examination submission issued by the Health Center. Students should retain their payment receipts after presentation, as they will not be collected by the office.

Please note: Student ID cards will not be issued to students who fail to present a health examination payment receipt or proof of submission. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reinstated students for the 115-1 semester must collect their student ID cards at the Graduate Academic Affairs Section. If a student was previously on leave of absence and 115-1 marks their first active semester, they are also required to bring their health examination receipt to school for ID collection.
