According to Articles 76 and 104 of the University Academic Regulations: Graduate students who have completed all required courses and credits, and who are not taking courses other than their thesis/dissertation during the semester of their degree examination, may be awarded their degree certificate in the month they submit the final revised version of their passed thesis/dissertation.
If you meet the aforementioned regulations and plan to graduate and leave the university between October and December 2026, please submit your application through the Degree Examination Application System before 12:00 PM on the 14th of each respective month (October, November, or December). This will allow us to submit the estimated graduation list to the Office of Academic Affairs for certificate issuance. (Note: For students graduating on a monthly basis, tuition fees will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis.)

The Graduation School-Leaving System will open on the 15th of each month. Students must complete all school-leaving procedures by the last working day of their intended month of graduation.
