[Graduation Clearance] Graduation & Clearance Procedures for Graduate Students in 115-1 Semester (Jan. 2027)

Graduate students planning to graduate or take their degree defense/oral examination in this semester (115-1) must adhere to the following schedule:

[Application Deadline] November 25, 2026

  1. Submit application forms to Teaching Assistant Ms. Lee at the Department Office (students who have already completed their oral exam do not need to submit).
  2. Complete account registration for Turnitin.
  3. Complete registration in the Degree Examination Application System (students who have completed their oral exam please update your graduation year and month).

[Turnitin Registration] Please register your information to set up an account for the Turnitin Originality Verification System.

[Degree Examination Application System] Starting from the 1st semester of the 111th academic year, degree examination applications for master’s and doctoral students are processed online. Please log in to the “iPortal (School Administration Portal)” → click “Academic Affairs” → select “Degree Examination Application System”.

[Document Submission] Department Website / Download Area / Master’s & Ph.D. Program / Thesis Oral Exam (Please follow the recommendations in the “Suggested Procedure Chart for Thesis Oral Exam Application”).

[Examination Deadline] From now until January 31, 2027.

[Graduation Clearance]

  • The 115-1 Graduate Service Information Portal and diploma collection will open starting from 9:00 AM, January 4, 2027.
  • The final deadline for submitting the final version of the thesis and completing graduation clearance for the 115-1 semester is 17:00, February 22, 2027 (Monday).
  • Notes, procedures, time, and location for diploma collection and graduation clearance are announced on the Office of Academic Affairs website under the “Graduation” section.

[Note] For monthly graduation applications during the 115-1 semester (graduating between October and December 2026), please refer to the relevant announcements on the department website.

[NOTICE] Please upload your 115-1 electronic thesis before the deadline.

★ Please note: Electronic thesis review will NOT be conducted during official university winter holidays and the Chinese New Year period (Feb. 4 – Feb. 10, 2027). ★
