Forward from Meteorological Society of the republic of China (MSROC), the establishment and management regulations of Dr. Liu Yin-hui scholarship has been revised. In particular, it has added two quotas to NTNU students, one for the department of geography, and the other for the department of earth science. By 1th of December this year, students can apply for it directly to MSROC.
