學生住宿服務中心為使本校住宿生安全順利進住與退宿，並維持宿舍各項設施及環境，本次「112學年暑期住宿生退宿暨113學年度住宿生進住作業」於113年8月17日至8月25日進行。詳細時程與規劃措施如下：
1. 住宿生進退宿時程：
(1) 112學年有暑期住宿床位而無113學年住宿床位者，請於113年8月22日上午11時以前搬離宿舍完畢。
(2) 112學年有暑期住宿床位且有113學年住宿床位者，請於113年8月21日至8月23日，每日上午9時至中午12時以前搬遷進住113學年度住宿床位。
(3) 113學年度第1學期住宿同學及新生，請於113年8月24日、8月25日上午9時起，搬遷進住113學年度住宿床位。
2. 為紓緩113學年開學前宿舍進退宿人潮，鼓勵113學年沒有住在學二舍、學七舍的住宿生提早退宿（113年8月17日-8月21日），並於113年8月21日提早進住學一舍。本中心特舉辦「早鳥遷徙-獎獎獎獎～！」抽獎活動。

3. 為協助113學年度學一舍住宿生由公館校區宿舍搬遷移動至和平校區宿舍，於113年8月21日至8月23日，每日上午9時至12時安排交通車接送住宿生及簡易行李從公館校區宿舍至和平校區宿舍。

4. 113年8月21日至8月25日期間，提供本校和平校區住宿生家長停車優惠(圖書館校區地下停車場及運動場地下室停車場)。

5. 公館校區為利住宿學生及家長順利完成進退宿，113年8月21日至8月25日期間，住宿生家長車輛由大門進入學二舍及學七舍，規劃家長車輛可由學二舍停車場旁出口及學七舍西側門離開。

The Student Housing aims to ensure the safety and smooth transition of dormitory students during move-in and check-out processes while maintaining dormitory facilities and the environment. The “Summer Semester 2023 Dormitory Check-out and Academic Year 2024 Dormitory Move-in Procedures” will take place from August 17 to August 25, 2024. The detailed schedule and arrangements are as follows:
1. Check-in and Check-out Schedule for Dormitory Students:
(1) Students who have a summer dormitory bed for Semester 2023 but do not have a bed for Academic Year 2024 must vacate the dormitory by 11:00 AM on August 22, 2024.
(2) Students who have both a summer dormitory bed for Semester 2023 and a bed for Academic Year 2024 should move to their new bed between August 21 and August 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day.
(3) Students with dormitory accommodation for the first semester of Academic Year 2024 and new students should move into their dormitory beds starting from 9:00 AM on August 24 and August 25, 2024.
2. To alleviate congestion during the check-in and check-out period before the start of Academic Year 2024, students not living in Students’ Dormitory 2 or Students’ Dormitory 7 are encouraged to check out early (August 17-21, 2024) and move into Students’ Dormitory 1 on August 21. The center will host a “2024 End-of-Summer Early Bird Check-in and Check-out Raffle” event.

3. To assist students moving from the Gongguan Campus dormitory to the Heping Campus dormitory for Academic Year 2024, shuttle buses will be arranged to transport students and their luggage from August 21 to August 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day.

4. From August 21 to August 25, 2024, parking discounts will be offered for the parents of students residing in the Heping Campus dormitories (Library Campus underground parking lot and Sports Ground basement parking lot).

5. To facilitate the smooth check-in and check-out process for students and their parents at the Gongguan Campus, from August 21 to August 25, 2024, vehicles of dormitory students’ parents may enter Students’ Dormitory 2 and Students’ Dormitory 7 via the main gate. Vehicles can exit through the parking lot next to Students’ Dormitory 2 and the west side gate of Students’ Dormitory 7.
