1. 活動資訊：
📅活動日期：2025年11月28日（五）
🕑活動時間：17：20 ~ 21：40（17:20開始入場，18:00活動正式開始）
📌活動地點：臺師大公館校區 中正堂
⏰報名期限：即日起至 2025/10/31（五） 23：59
🎯參與資格：臺師大 本地學生&國際學生
🎩服裝風格：藍色或白色正裝
2. 報名方式：
步驟1️⃣：2025/10/31（五）23：59前填寫線上報名表單，連結：https://forms.gle/gE396ARrLvr8SBhZA
步驟2️⃣：2025/11/02（日）12：00至個人信箱確認是否錄取耶誕晚會參與資格
※ 因名額有限，若活動參加人數超過300人，將經由抽籤選出參與名單。
步驟3️⃣：收到正取通知信後，請至國際事務處找梁逸汶小姐繳交保證金新臺幣100元，並領取入場券（辦公時間為 9：00 ~ 12：00，13：30 ~ 17：00 ）
※ 繳交保證金期限：2025/11/ 03（一）9：00 ~ 2025/11/07（五）17：00
❗完成以上所有步驟，才算報名成功喔！
❗繳完保證金才算完成報名程序，逾時未繳保證金者視同放棄資格。
❗活動當天請務必攜帶入場券入場，憑券退還保證金。

❗若報名人數過多，將以抽籤的方式決定參加者；若報名人數未滿，將全數錄取並通知您繳費。

【2025 NTNU Christmas Party】

1.Event Details
📅 Date: Friday, November 28, 2025
🕑 Time: 17:20 – 21:40 (Entry begins at 17:20, and the event officially starts at 18:00)
📌 Location: Assembly Hall, Gongguan Campus
⏰Registration Deadline: Friday, October 31, 2025, before 23:59
🎯Eligibility: NTNU Local & International Students
🎩Dress Code: Blue and white formal attire
2.Registration Steps:
Step1️⃣: Complete the online registration form before 23:59 on Friday, October 31, 2025. LINK: https://forms.gle/gE396ARrLvr8SBhZA
Step2️⃣: Check your email by 12:00 on Sunday, November 02, 2025, to confirm whether you have been selected to participate in the Christmas party.
※ Due to limited spots, if applications exceed 300, spots will be allocated by random draw.
Step3️⃣: After receiving the Admission Notification Mail, please go to the Office of International Affairs to pay a deposit of NT$100 to Ms. Evans Liang and collect your admission ticket. (Office Hours: 9:00 ~ 12:00, 13:30 ~ 17:00)
※ Deposit Payment Period: November 03, 2025 (Mon) 9:00 ~ November 07, 2025 (Fri) before 17:00
❗You must complete all of the above steps to successfully register！
❗Registration is only complete upon deposit payment. Late payments are considered a forfeit of the spot.
❗Please bring your admission ticket to the event to redeem your deposit.

❗Due to limited spots, filling out the form does not guarantee participation in the event.
❗If there are too many applicants, participants will be selected by random draw; if there are still spots available, all applicants will be accepted and notified for payment.
