112-2期中停修：113/4/1~113/5/10
1. 一般課程悉依本校行事曆規定上課第7-12週內提出申請停修，短期密集授課課程請於上課開始日至課程結束前最後一個工作天提出申請，逾期不受理。
2. 112-2學期學生申請課程停修日期為113年4月1日至113年5月10日，請至「校務行政入口網/教務資訊系統（學生版）/選課相關/歷次課程停修申請」線上申請。
3. 學生送出停修申請單後，須經授課老師、導師（如停修超過3學分）、系所助教、系主任簽核，全部簽獲同意後始完成停修流程。教師簽核期限至113年5月17日下午5時止，學生應自行留意各簽核老師是否於簽核期間內均審核同意，逾期未完成簽核，視為老師不同意申請課程停修。
4. 停修之課程於成績單成績欄註明「W」，其學分數不計入該學期修習學分總數。依規定應繳交學雜（分）費之課程停修後，其學雜（分）費已繳交者不予退費，未繳交者仍應補繳。
Course Withdrawal Application Opens April 1, 2024 to May 10, 2024
1. Applications for course withdrawals for general courses should be submitted in the 7-12th week of the semester as indicated on the NTNU school calendar. For short-term intensive courses, please submit your application between the day of first class and the last working day before the course ends. Late applications will not be accepted.
2. Application period for course withdrawal in Spring semester, 2024 is from April 1, 2024 to May 10, 2024. Please log into the NTNU information integrated system (Pathway: Academic Affairs Related system/ Academic Affairs system). Submit your withdrawal application online.
3. Please note that the application process should be completed before the deadline, it should include approval signatures of instructor, academic advisor (only for students who apply to withdraw from more than 3 credits), department administrator, and department chair. A grace period for completing approval process will be given until 5:00pm, May 17th. If the approval process is not completed before the deadline, it will be deemed that your course withdrawal application is not approved.
4. Courses that have been withdrawn from will be marked with a “W” on the student’s academic transcript. Academic credits from the course will not be counted towards the student’s total academic credits for the semester. In accordance with university regulations, any tuition or fees paid for the course shall not be returned and payment of any outstanding fees or tuition shall be required.
