Tenure Track Positions in Expertise in geospatial information,

The Department of Geography at the National Taiwan Normal University invites applications for two tenure track positions at all levels of professorship. We seek outstanding candidates who can contribute to the Department’s teachings and research in the following fields. Candidates who can teach EMI courses will be given priority.
Expertise in geospatial information: Primarily focused on teaching remote sensing, with the ability to integrate multi-source data such as UAV, LiDAR, SAR, and hyperspectral imagery. Applications include environmental monitoring, disaster prevention, and resource management. Also assists in offering courses related to geospatial information theory and remote sensing applications.
The appointment will be effective February 1, 2026. The deadline for application is Thursday, August 14, 2025. Each application should include a copy of their PhD certificate, a copy of their identity card or passport, curriculum vitae (including a list of published works), copies of works published in the last five years, syllabi for potential courses to be taught (3 courses, each within 500 words in either Chinese or English) and 2-3 recommendation letters.
